Police say a Shelton man is facing an indecent exposure charge after he was accused of inappropriate behavior while on the Wesley Drive walking trails.
They say they were called to the scene after a woman walking with her 5-year-old child spotted Matthew McGovern behaving inappropriately. Police say his pants were still down when they arrived.
McGovern was released on $500 bond, according to authorities.
