A vehicle crashed into an apartment early Saturday morning, knocking out electricity to neighbors.
It happened just after 3 a.m. on Ursula Place.
The electrical service on the side of the building was ripped off, causing the outage.
Many residents are being put up in hotels by the Red Cross since they are without heat.
The SUV fled the scene of the accident. Police say they are investigating the incident.
No one was injured.
