Stratford police say a Bunnel High School student who told a counselor that a teacher who repeatedly sexually assaulted him during tutoring visits to his home might be the father of the teacher's 5-month-old child.
Suspect Michelle Sulzicki, 28, quickly left court Wednesday after being arraigned and posting bond.
Police say the investigation goes back three years to when the boy was 12 and Sulzicki was a teacher's aide at Chapel Street School.
The arrest warrant says the two had sex in his room several times over a two-year period.
Superintendent Janet Robinson says Sulzicki was put on paid administrative leave as soon as she learned of the allegations and the next step is termination.
