A teen was hospitalized after being shot multiple times in Bridgeport.

It happened Friday afternoon on Park Terrace near Park Avenue.

Police say the 14-year-old boy was hit several times in the chest and the face. He is expected to survive.

His identity has not been released.

Police say they recovered a gun at the scene, but it's unclear who it belonged to.
