A woman from Torrington is free on bond after police say they found her with dozens of packets of heroin ready to sell.
According to police, they arrested Amanda Bailey, 38, last week on Oak Street.
Police say a search of her car turned up 82 bundles of heroin, prescription pain killers, scales and cash.
