A woman from Milford has been charged with trying to break into her ex-boyfriend's home.

According to police, Courtney Kiernan, 23, was arrested early Saturday morning for trying to climb through the bedroom window at her ex's house.

Kiernan then got into a fight with him in the front yard.

Police say Kiernan also violated a restraining order by making contact with the victim.
