More potholes are popping up in Connecticut than public works departments can fix due to the brutal cold.
Norwalk officials say trouble plugging the holes isn?t so much a budget concern, but more a supply and demand issue. Many towns in Fairfield County have two sources of asphalt ? a larger plant in Stamford and a smaller one in Bridgeport.
All upset motorists can do is simply report troublesome potholes to the proper authorities.
