A Connecticut teenager who was detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement has been released, for now. The 18-year-old identified as "Rihan" was held at a detention center in Massachusetts for more than two weeks. Agents arrested the Cheshire High School senior based on incorrect immigration paperwork. A judge granted "Rihan" a $1,500 bond to allow him to return home. However, the judge denied a request to reinstate "Rihan's" immigration status.
