A pregnant woman and her friend say they are grateful to be alive after a two-car crash in Bridgeport.
The incident happened at the intersection of Maple and Hallett streets around 4 p.m. Friday.
They say they had to be cut out of their car after a collision with an AMR supervisor's vehicle.
Victoria Ocasio she says she is being treated for head and neck injuries. She says her friend, who is six-months pregnant, was also hospitalized but is expected to make a full recovery.
Ocasio says her friends unborn child was not injured in the crash.
It was immediately clear if the driver of the AMR vehicle was injured.
