5ds agoThe 2024 Hartford HealthCare Women's Championship tees off this Friday in Milford.
Top players on the road to the LPGA were at Great River Golf Club on Monday, sharing their expertise with eager students at the Women's Clinic.
Sarah Edwards, a player with the Epson Tour, had plenty of tips to give students.
"Just keep the body stable. It's easy for them to sway and move in different directions, so just keep the body centered and just try to make contact with the ball. Don't compare yourself to others and just try to get 1%,” said Edwards.
This year, the tournament benefits the First Tee of Connecticut.
