Federal prosecutors say they have charged two men following hacking attacks on ATM machines all over the U.S., including in Connecticut.
According to prosecutors, the two men were caught "red handed" in Cromwell.
One man is a citizen of Spain and the other from Massachusetts.
Officials say the pair used malware to gain control of cash machines, causing them to spit out bill after bill.
The method is known as "jackpotting."
Prosecutors say the two men were there while the money was shooting out of the machine when they were caught.
