A tractor-trailer hydroplaned off I-95 causing some problems this morning.
It happened by exit 23 in Fairfield just after 6:30 a.m..
Officials say it went down an embankment and crashed into a light pole.
They say the crash also pulled down charged electric wires in the area and knocked out power to local businesses.
