A real estate agent is hoping a big-budget video will help sell an $8.9 million Westport home.
Agent Todd Miller says he had to go the extra mile to make his high-end listing stand out in a saturated real estate market.
He flew in a West Coast film crew and hired ballerinas from the Flash Pointe Dance troupe in Fairfield to shoot a cinematic promo for the six-bedroom, nine-bathroom home located at 2 Broadview Road.
Miller now hopes his five-minute movie will lure a potential buyer. He says it has received between 500 and 600 clicks a day since debuting online five weeks ago.
The most clicks are coming from the New York area and the U.K.
