For the first time ever, recreational marijuana will be considered by the full Connecticut General Assembly.
The state's Appropriations Committee this afternoon narrowly approved pot sales for recreational purposes.
It's the first time a recreational pot bill has ever made it out of a legislative committee.
The bill directs the state to create a plan to allow recreational sales and a plan to regulate those sales.
