Milford police say a Shelton repair man is facing charges for breaking into a home he was working on.
They say 38-year-old Jerome Downing was arrested after he stole $1,100 worth of electronics and tools from a house on Knobb Hill Road.
Police say the incident happened back in March when Downing was hired to do work at the home.
