A new report by the Regional Plan Association finds that the Hudson Tunnel Project will generate more than $19 billion and create 95,000 jobs.

The tunnels connecting New Jersey and New York are expected to be completed by 2035.

The existing tunnels will be rehabilitated once the new tunnels are complete and then they will be put back online for trains. There will be four tunnels in all.
