Connecticut's 5th Congressional District has not been called yet.
Republican candidate George Logan made an appearance Tuesday night at his campaign party in Waterbury. Logan watched most of the results at home with his family but did stop by to briefly speak.
Logan thanked his supporters and said he felt confident, but he also acknowledged it would take a while to get results.
"We know how to flip blue districts, and it's not an easy task," Logan says. "We've worked hard. We started in July of last year, started with nothing but the message. And now, we've put in the work, the votes have to be counted. We've talked about how every vote matters. This is a prime example of that."
