A retired Bridgeport attorney is gaining attention for his humanitarian work in Africa.
John Kirkley says he's currently in Kenya doing volunteer work, including teaching inmates job skills and volunteering in hospitals with HIV patients.
"I feel great, I think I'm in the right place at the right time and I'm doing something that nobody else can do," he says.
