State police say wires were taken down on Route 118 in Litchfield after a car crashed into a pole on Sunday around 4:15 p.m.

All occupants were able to safely get out with no injuries reported, troopers said.

Eversource was on the scene quickly to repair the pole.

Route 118 reopened today around 5 a.m.
