Saint Vincent's Medical Center and Aquarion Water Company are partnering for their annual food drive today.

House of Hope is a food pantry located outside the entrance to the cancer center.

Donations can be made by walking up and dropping off food at the House of Hope or inside the main lobby from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. 7 days a week.

Saint Vincent's Medical Center and Aquarion have been holding the food drive for 11 years. They're looking for healthy, non-perishable food items.

The goal is to reduce hunger across the greater Bridgeport area.

Last year, more than 7 tons of food was donated to local charities and food pantries.

Organizers are hoping to surpass that number this year.

The food drive will run through Nov. 15 and the food collected will be donated to local pantries.
