Retailers across Connecticut are kicking off “Sales Tax Free Week” Monday.
Officials say any clothing purchase less than $100 will not be subject to sales tax.
They say the week is a great way to celebrate the state's retail sector. Connecticut's current sales tax remains at 6.35 percent.
Shoppers can shop tax free until Saturday, Aug. 25.
