This morning a Stamford school teacher is accused of stealing $45,000 worth of jewelry from a neighbor.
Greenwich police say 52-year-old Patricia Wuest stole the jewelry in March and then sold it to a store in Manhattan that buys gold.
Police say they have a tape of Wuest admitting her crime to a neighbor.
Officials say Wuest teaches at Westover Magnet Elementary School.
