Police say security cameras were rolling when two men robbed a Trumbull movie theater early Wednesday morning.
According to police, the heavily disguised Hispanic robbers hid in the bushes and confronted the Bow Tie Marquis 16's manager at around 2:30 a.m. They led him back into the theater, tied him up and took off with $3,200 in cash. The manager was later able to free himself and called police.
Investigators say the robbery was captured by security cameras and that they will be reviewing the footage.
The manager was not injured. Representatives of the cinema declined to comment.
