Police in Milford hope video taken by a victim will lead to the arrest of a serial home burglar.
The Kowalskis say they installed a video surveillance system when their Pomona Avenue home was broken into about five years ago. They say when their home was burglarized again last week, they were able to capture video of the thief loading a television into a car.
Police think the man may be responsible for two break-ins and an attempted burglary in Milford within the same week. Detectives think there?s only one culprit because all of the break-ins were committed through a rear window. The same type of items - flat screen TVs and jewelry - were also taken during the incidents.
Anyone with information is asked to call Detective Thomas Bassett at 203-783-4727.
