Seven students injured when car jumps curb at Bridgeport high school

An out-of-control car jumped the curb of Bridgeport Central High School Wednesday into a sidewalk full of students, injuring seven. The driver of the car was a woman picking up her daughter from school.

An out-of-control car jumped the curb of Bridgeport Central High School Wednesday into a sidewalk full of students, injuring seven.
The driver of the car was a woman picking up her daughter from school. Police say the woman lost control of her car, hitting a parked car and jumping the curb. Several students were hit and one student?s leg was pinned against the school?s wall. All other injuries were minor cuts and bruises.
Police report that the woman may have had a seizure at the time of the accident.
