A Bridgeport mother says she's living in fear for her children's safety after her home was sprayed with gunfire.
Police tell News 12 at least 15 shots were fired at a house on Lewis Street on Sunday night.
Several bullet holes were found inside the home, including one in a little boy's bedroom.
The mother, who doesn't want to be identified, says her four young children were sleeping at the time. She tells us she prayed they weren't hurt.
Officials say a small black SUV was spotted leaving the neighborhood at about the time of the shooting.
Police say more shots were fired about a block away that night, but they're not sure if the cases are connected.
