Anyone still shopping for a Christmas tree may be out of luck -- as many places are running out of trees.
The day after Thanksgiving, close to 1,300 Christmas trees arrived at Kiwanis Park in New Canaan from Canada. Now, with just four days until Christmas, there are only about 30 trees left.
It's part of the 52nd Exchange Club of New Canaan Annual Christmas Tree Sale.
Organizer George Benington says the club donates about $130,000 in tree sales each year to charities in Fairfield County.
