A southwestern Connecticut family is mourning a 22-year-old soldier who was killed in Iraq.
Army Private First Class Stephen Richardson, of Bridgeport, was killed Tuesday in a roadside bombing. PFC Richardson was a member of the First Infantry Division stationed in Fort Riley, Kansas. PFC Richardson came to the Park City from his native Jamaica in 1999 and is a graduate of Bassick High School. He leaves behind a wife, child and another baby due in July. Richardson's grandmother says funeral arrangements are being made for Sunday in Jamaica.
