Below-freezing temperatures Tuesday weren't stopping southwestern Connecticut residents who work outside from getting their jobs done. Postal professionals say braving the cold weather is just part of their job. Cynthia Clarke has been delivering the mail for 20 years. She says she enjoys being outdoors and is used to working in extreme temperatures. Medical experts are warning residents who plan to head outside to dress in warm layers.
