In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Stamford Athletic club purchased a pink treadmill to help folks get fit and to battle breast cancer.
For every mile logged, Cybex and the Stamford Athletic Club will donate 10 cents to the Breast Cancer Research Fund. The machine is open to everyone, even people who don?t have gym memberships.The club's director says 527 miles have been logged on the treadmill so far. The event runs until the end of October.
