The Stamford community celebrated Columbus Day with a parade on Sunday.
The parade began outside Sacred Heart Church with several bands leading the way.
Organizers of the parade say several city schools and organizations participated, as well as band members from West Point in New York.
The parade ended with a celebration in Columbus Park.
