Stamford Hospital is raising funds to help cancer patients this weekend.
The hospital's Bennett Cancer Center hosted a luncheon Friday to raise money.
Doctors say they hope to raise money for a new product that can help cancer patients keep their hair.
They say it's a cooling mechanism used during chemotherapy that prevents hair from falling out.
Stamford Hospital is also hosting Paint the Town Pink this morning.
The run starts at Fleet Feet Sports in Stamford at 9 a.m.
