A Stamford man is free on bond after being charged with choking the family babysitter.
According to the 49-year-old babysitter, Omer Ekinci got angry when she said she was quitting because of his temper.
The woman claims Ekinci, 42, grabbed her by the throat until she could not breathe.
The arrest report says Ekinci also threatened to kill the babysitter and her family in their native Turkey.
