Mayor Caroline Simmons spoke about future goals for Stamford Thursday during the State of the City address.

Simmons stated that economic prosperity is their top priority. She shared remarks on the city’s economic development and the state of infrastructure.

She also said there are plans to invest in parks, schools and train stations.
