Stamford police charge man in overdose death
Police in Stamford have charged a man after they were able to trace the drugs used in an overdose back to him.
James Pipicelli, 65, has been charged with manslaughter.
The arrest was the result of a joint investigation between the narcotics and organized crime unit.
Local police departments and prosecutors say they are determined to "throw the book" at drug dealers whose customers die.
