Stamford residents impacted by Ida can voice their concerns during a public meeting today.
The meeting is specifically for residents who have been impacted by a road closure on Farms Road.
The meeting will be held on Zoom at 1 p.m.
The status of the city's response to the road closure will be discussed.
The mayor and city engineer as well as representatives from Aquarion and a consulting firm will all be present.
Back in May 2020, Aquarion had started a restoration project to replace a 24-inch raw water pipeline between Stamford and Greenwich, but because of the extensive flooding from Ida, the temporary pavement put in place on Farms Road collapsed.
A portion of the road remains impassable today.
Residents who live in the area will be able to voice their concerns, and a timeline for repairs will also be discussed.
Residents of Farms Road are able to join the Zoom meeting and participate in the discussion through the link here
