The Irish American Cultural Society of Stamford will hold its 31st annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade on Saturday.
The parade kicks off at 1 p.m. and will feature marching units, marching bands and a wide variety of local school and community groups.
The parade will begin near Stamford police headquarters at the corner of Hoyt and Bedford streets and continue down Bedford Street onto Main Street, where it will end near Washington Boulevard.
Some nearby roads will be closed to parking starting at 11 a.m.
