A Stamford Superior Court judge has ruled that the rightful owners of the Cobbs Mill Inn in Weston are Kleber Siguenza and his wife.
The court says the widow of former owner Drew Friedman and Anthony Villano have no right to be on the property and must leave by Aug. 5.
Town records show Siguenza bought the property in January 2022.
The court learned Friedman's second wife, Laura Friedman, was not added to his will before he died.
"It’s all very disappointing and we will seek to solve these problems," said Laura Friedman in a statement to News 12 Connecticut.
