Stamford police say a chiropractor is facing charges for stealing nearly half a million dollars from her grandmother.

They say they arrested Heather Gansel last week and charged her with taking $415,000 from 92-year-old Marietta Sabini's accounts.

Gansel owns CORE Fitness in Stamford.

Police say she used the money to pay personal and business expenses.

Her grandmother died in October.
