The Staples High School wrestling team has a interim coach after the head coach was fired following an arrest.
Police say David Bernstein, 28, was arrested over the weekend after he was found carrying cocaine during a traffic stop.
He was also arrested in January in connection with a bar fight in Fairfield.
The Staples athletic director confirms Bernstein is no longer employed there and officials say they are now looking for a new permanent coach.
