Electric rates are going up for anyone who's a customer of Connecticut Light & Power.
State regulators gave final approval to the utility's proposed rate hike.
It will cost consumers about $100 million, about half of what CL&P initially asked for.
The average residential customer will see their bill increase by about $7.
