The wrong-way driver who caused a fatal head-on crash Saturday morning in Milford has been arrested, state police say.

The wrong-way driver who caused a fatal head-on crash Saturday morning in Milford has been arrested, state police say.
The driver was traveling southbound on the northbound side of I-95 north near Exit 34 hit another vehicle head on.
Officers arrested James Tedesco, 41, of Stratford, who police say admitted he had been drinking prior to the collision.
The driver in the other vehicle, 35-year-old Tianzhu Yuan, of North Haven, was pronounced dead at the scene.
