6h agoState police say an apparent disoriented driver was traveling on the wrong side of the roadway.
It happened on Route 8 South in the Torrington, Winsted area around 12:45 p.m. Monday.
State police say they were able to locate the vehicle and safely get the driver to stop.
The woman was charged with reckless driving and was sent for medical evaluation. Her license was confiscated pending a review by the Department of Motor Vehicles.
