Bethel police say they saw Andrew Murphy in a parking lot, stumbling around.
A Bethel officer spoke with Murphy and advised him not to drive, but says Murphy drove anyway.
Police say it wasn't until Murphy got into his own driveway that he got out of the car. That's when the Bethel officer arrested him.
Murphy is facing several charges.
