State trooper traffic enforcement up for Labor Day weekend

Connecticut state troopers say there will be extra enforcement on the roadways this Labor Day weekend.
AAA estimates that nearly a third of Americans will travel this Labor Day weekend.
State police are expecting an increase in traffic as people head to their barbecues and beach outings.
State police say troopers from all 11 troops will be conducting roving DUI patrols.
They stress the importance of never drinking and driving.
Troopers will also be cracking down on things like speeding, distracted driving, and not buckling up.
Troopers say they'll be patrolling the waterways as well.
