A report released today is highlighting racial bias in police departments across the state.
The study by Central Connecticut State University singles out 25 police officers statewide who stop minorities at higher rates than their peers.
The report does not identify the officers.
The authors of the study says they reached their results by analyzing state data.
Police are calling the report flawed.
