The panel reviewing Connecticut's response to two major storms last year is handing over its list of 82 recommendations to the governor today.
The panel had been meeting with utility executives, union leaders, local officials to get a better idea on how the state can improve the way it responds to storms, fallen trees and massive power outages.
Hundreds of thousands of residents lost power during Tropical Storm Irene and the October nor'easter, some for more than a week.
