Drivers faced delays on I-95 between the New York State line and Stamford Monday morning because of overturned tractor-trailer.
The accident happened in the northbound lanes between exits 7 and 8 shortly after 4 a.m.
Multiple lanes were shut down during the morning commute. The lanes have since been reopened. Congestion remained in the area shortly before noon.
Two people were sent to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
