A man is accused of a knifepoint robbery at a gas station in Torrington.

A man is accused of a knifepoint robbery at a gas station in Torrington.
The incident happened Monday at the Cumberland Farms at 207 South Main St. around 1:04 a.m.
Police released surveillance images of the suspect.
The suspect is accused of threatning a clerk with a knife and demanding cash from the register.
Police say the suspect became impatient with how long the clerk was taking to open the register so he began throwing items at the wall until it was opened 
The suspect got away with cash.
He is described as a white man, approximately 5' 9'' tall, 140 to 160 pounds and was last seen wearing a black-colored short sleeve shirt, black-colored shorts, gray-colored sneakers and a gray-colored shirt wrapped around his head.
