The state Supreme Court will hear an appeal to the gag order issued by a Stamford judge in the Fotis Dulos case.
Attorney Norm Pattis filed to the higher court last month, arguing the order impedes his ability to fight allegations Fotis Dulos had something to do with the disappearance of his wife, Jennifer Dulos.
Fotis Dulos and his girlfriend, Michelle Troconis, are both charged with evidence tampering and hindering prosecution in connection.
Despite the gag order, Fotis Dulos recently gave an interview to a Greek media outlet where he said Jennifer Dulos had psychological problems. Pattis claims that wasn't a violation of the order.
Fotis Dulos is due back in court in Stamford Friday, where that interview will likely be addressed by the prosecution.
